1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and GenMedha Solutions Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the genmedha.in website.

2. Agency Services & Commercial Statements of Work

All professional technology consulting, software engineering, architecture design, cloud deployment, and digital transformation engagements provided by GenMedha are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in writing, this website, including its source code, design architecture, graphics, copy, and layout, is our proprietary property. All trademarks and brand names referenced on this site (e.g. Next.js, Medusa, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, React) are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for technical description and capability context.

4. Client Code Ownership Principle

In all commercial engineering contracts delivered by GenMedha Solutions Private Limited, clients receive 100% intellectual property ownership of bespoke software code, custom configurations, database schemas, and digital assets upon final milestone settlement, subject to standard open-source library licenses.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh / Telangana, India.
